CRN E-Learning Certificate Course
NEW! CRN's E-Learning Certificate Course is an in-depth course in Conflict Resolution skills. Study is undertaken online under the guidance of a trained teacher. The course will usually take 30-40 hours of study to complete. On successful completion students will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the Conflict Resolution Network. 
Everyone Can Win (Second edition)
By Helena Cornelius, Shoshana Faire and Estella Cornelius (Sydney, Simon & Schuster, 2006). This revised edition is easy to read and inspiring. It has become one of the most recognised handbooks of practical CR skills. It is equally relevant for those who lead, manage and relate to people in any context - be it workplace, social, family, community or school.
CR Essentials
This DVD is a great way to introduce you or a study group to CR skills. It introduces the basic Conflict Resolution skills: Win/Win Approach, Assertiveness, Active Listening, Mapping, Developing Options, and Creative Response. These are the CR Essentials. Graphics and role plays set in an office workplace punctuate the teaching modules.
CR Support Skills DVDs
These two popular short videos have been remastered in DVD format. They demonstrate the support skills of active listening and mediation. They are invaluable additions to a trainer’s explanations of Empathy and an Introduction to Mediation. While not new, each is compelling viewing and continues to provide a successful change of pace in the course-room. They are suitable for either advanced or beginners groups. They also support private study of CR skills. Each DVD runs for approximately 16 minutes.
CR Trainers Manual: 12 Skills - 2nd Edition
This 2008 2nd edition Trainers' Manual has 573 pages. It is in ring binder presentation, with plastic labelled dividers for each of the 12 skills of Conflict Resolution. Colour coded sub-sections help you find and choose material for a training session very easily. 76 high quality handout masters, unbound for easy photocopying, are included. Its format in this purchasable edition is very user friendly for trainers.
