The CRN course was helpful from the very first module to the last. The course takes a developmentally logical approach allowing the learner to feel comfortable first with the approach and then to learn about tools and techniques to enable the practical implementation of this approach. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the course. I have undertaken a number of e learning courses previously and have found none better than this in terms of ease of use in addition to the valuable content. The vision underpinning the approach is inspiring and the methods are feasible which made me feel confident about using the techniques.
